Terms & Conditions
- Acceptance of Terms: By joining this PalWorld game server, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&C). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the server or use any services.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to play on this server. Players under the age of 18 should have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- Conduct: Players are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any form of hate speech is strictly prohibited.
- Cheating and Exploits: The use of cheats, exploits, hacking, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the PalWorld gaming experience is strictly prohibited.
- No Griefing: Players are not allowed to engage in actions that detract from the gameplay experience of others. This includes, but is not limited to, destroying other players’ creations, trapping or killing other players without consent, and stealing items.
- Server Changes: The server administrators reserve the right to make any changes to the server including, but not limited to, gameplay, server rules, and these T&C at any time without prior notice.
- No Liability: The server and its administrators are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use or inability to use the server. This includes data loss or corruption.
- Privacy: Personal information collected from players will only be used for server management purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- Server Downtime: The server may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. Administrators are not responsible for any interruption or loss of service.
- Termination: Violation of these T&C can result in a temporary suspension or permanent ban from the server at the discretion of the server administrators.
- Governing Law: These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Agreement Changes: We reserve the right to modify or replace these T&C at any time. Your continued use of the server after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new T&C.
